Hobbs Care Quality Support are uniquely placed to offer robust quality and regulatory support with nearly 20 years of experience working in adult social care quality and regulation. Our previous experience includes time as an Inspector and Inspection Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), as a Senior Governance Manager with a large care home provider, a Commissioning and Contract Monitoring Officer for a local authority, and a Quality Manager with a large care home investor.

Hobbs Care Quality Support Director, Chris Hobbs began working as a care quality consultant to move away from the corporate world of care, to support smaller providers to better understand and exceed the ever-changing and complex world of care regulation.
Chris lives near Reading, Berkshire so is South and centrally located, and is able to support services in London, the South and Midlands areas.

Chris lives with his wife Hannah, herself a Quality and Compliance Manager and qualified social worker, and three children. Chris is a keen cricket and football fan, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
